downtown style, without the downtown price
Groove Lofts is committed to redefining downtown living by making it more affordable and accessible to everyone. A downtown area can thrive only if it offers the same vibrant experiences to everyone at different income levels.
This is why Groove Lofts has selected several studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartment homes designated as Inclusionary Zoning with the city of Minneapolis. Eligible households must qualify under the current income limits at 50% of the Area Median Income determined annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as well as meet Section 42 Housing Tax Credit Program student guidelines. Under these requirements, most full-time student households are not eligible, with a few limited exceptions. Applications must be submitted in person, at the Leasing Office. Please contact a Groove Lofts team member to learn more and schedule an appointment. Pricing, availability, and income limits are subject to change.
What does this mean for you?
If your household falls within the income limits table to the right and you are not a student (again, there are sometimes exceptions), you could qualify for a home at Groove Lofts for a lower monthly rate!
